For me, all forms of living energy are differing permutations of the universal life force and underlying substance of all things, which I call Orgone, after the research and work of Wilhelm Reich.
If you want to see the orgone, look to an area of the daylit sky which is not too bright, and set your eyes so that they are unfocussed (as in "staring off into space") and hold this without blinking. It may be hard to do at first, but in a few seconds you should be able to see a flurry of white specks dancing in inflowing/outflowing spirals, clockwise and counter-clockwise, seeming to blink in and out of existence. This is the atmospheric orgone, as described by Reich, who also believed it is this energy which makes the sky and water blue.
